SkyNet Shop - Our Own Retail Stores
SkyNet Shop locations are physical retail stores fully owned and operated by SkyNet, built around a hub-and-spoke model that keeps last-mile delivery moving efficiently in and out of major centres.

How Sending A Parcel Works
Bring It
Walk into any SkyNet Shop and our staff will book the shipment for you there and then, so you can pay and go. Or book ahead at SkyNetOnline.co.za and choose your nearest SkyNet Shop or SkyNet PUDO counter as your drop-off point — just bring your parcel in with the waybill reference number from your confirmation email.
Ship It
Counter staff log the parcel against your booking, label it, and mark it ready for collection. A SkyNet driver picks it up on the same schedule as any other SkyNet shipment – same business day if handed in before 3:00 PM, next business day if after.
Collect It
SkyNet ships it anywhere in South Africa or to any of 190+ countries worldwide. The recipient collects it at a counter near them, or has it delivered straight to their door.
